GenderPAC's Children As They Are program and Community Partners initiative have joined forces with Chicago Youth Centers -- ABC/BBR to work with families, community leaders, educators, and youth in challenging the social pressures that many children feel to be hyper-masculine, aggressive boys or ultra-feminine, sexualized girls.

On Thursday, June 14, The Chicago Community Conversation will bring together local families, educators, community leaders, and youth to strategize the best ways to challenge messages of hyper-masculinity, sexism, and homophobia that children and youth are receiving from media and mainstream hip-hop.

Don’t miss the opportunity to be a part of this amazing event! RSVP today at rsvp@gpac.org.
