Gender Public Advocacy Coalition : Workplace Fairness
Every year thousands of workers experience unfair failure-to-hire, denial of promotion, hostile workplaces, and even unfair termination simply because they don't meet someone else's idea of a "real man" or a "real woman."

Today, everyone from Human Resource professionals to line managers needs to understand gender stereotyping: how to recognize it, how to speak to it, and what to do about it.   GenderPAC's Workplace Fairness Program supports major corporations in adding gender identity/expression protections to their EEO policies.
