Gender stereotypes - how men and women are expected to look, act, or
dress - have become the new edge of workplace law. Just ten years ago,
no major corporation was known to include gender identity/expression
protections in its anti-discrimination policies. Today, more than 150
major corporations have expanded their policies to include gender
