The GenderYOUTH Network
empowers youth leaders to build safer classrooms and communities where
all youth can learn, grow and succeed, whether or not they conform to
expectations for masculinity and femininity.

Action Tool-Kit a companion piece to the GENIUS Index on expanding
school policies to be inclusive of gender identity and expression.

Brought more than 250 community youth,
parents, and educators together in North Lawndale (Chicago)
with Talib Kweli and community leaders to strategize best ways to challenge messages of homophobia,
hyper-masculinity and misogyny in hip-hop.
